Early Intervention Teachers, Auckland (2 positions available)

Do you have experience working with Maori and Pasifika communities?
Are you passionate about child rights and committed to supporting children and their families?
Have you completed an Early Childhood Diploma recognised by NZQA such as Diploma ECE Pasifika and worked for two years in an early childhood setting?
If so, CCS Disability Action would like to encourage you to consider a position with us as an Early Intervention Teacher (EIT). CCS Disability Action is a national not for profit organisation working in partnership with families/whanau to achieve a better future for children with disabilities.
EI Teachers support children with high educational and developmental needs, and their families. The focus is on the child is on the child in the context of their family/whanau and their community. We support children through to successful transition to school.
Two permanent full time positions (37.5 hours per week) are available based at our Papakura and Albany offices.
The Diploma in Teaching ECE is essential and The Diploma Early Intervention is preferred or a commitment to complete this training within a negotiated time frame.
